Dnipro was recognized to be the most transparent ukrainian city
Dnipro was recognized as one of the best cities in local government. Against the backdrop of constant pressure from the central authorities on local government, european international institutions have recognized Dnipro as the most transparent ukrainian city.
The corresponding diploma was handed out to Dnipro mayor, one of founders of political party “Proposition” Borys Filatov while at the Brussels conference.
Borys Filatov stressed that the award is proof of Dnipro confession at the International platform. He underlines: his team’s prior task is to provide a comfort ecosystem for citizens. Unique lifespace is being developed in Dnipro, so this labour had been highly estimated by european institutions.
“People are our main fund. Wherein cities should get the real decentralization. Only people in communities have to arrive at decisions which define quality of their living”, - Borys Filatov says.
